Within the health and helping field we aim to explore what isn’t working and why in a detailed exploratory way. What are our fears? What stifles progress? Why are some organizations proactive and dynamic while others are not. We will be controversial and seek to address ways to change the culture of support/trauma, review language and barriers, assess various approaches, research programs and other ideas that need to be dissected and repaired.
We are also interested in highlighting and sharing newly developed and perhaps controversial, outside of the box responses that are innovative, creative and being piloted in response to the challenges faced in the work and that change the culture of support/trauma.
