The Clinical Justice Program offers a unique, clinical approach to supporting individuals with complex needs that find themselves involved with the criminal justice system as a victim, witness or accused. Case studies and digital/printable resources will be provided to promote individualized approaches and inclusive access to the criminal justice system.

Marnie Lye | Justice-Adapted Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Clinical Specialist, Community Networks of Specialized Care – Central East
Marnie is the Justice Adapted-Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Clinical Specialist for the Community Networks of Specialized Care – Central East. Her contributions to the Clinical Justice Program include A-DBT content creation, group facilitation, program adaptation, ABI justice consultations, resource development, and court support. Marnie is also co-lead of the Healthy Relationship Network Group and co-creator of the Central Link ABI Resource Library.
Samantha Airhart | Behaviour Consultant/Justice Specialist, Justice Clinic Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences Mackenzie Health
Samantha is currently a behaviour consultant/justice specialist with the Justice Clinic at Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences (CBHS), Mackenzie Health. Her contributions to the Clinical Justice Program at the Community Networks of Specialized Care – Central East (CNSC-CE) include creating and implementing ABA Justice Plans for clients involved in the justice system as well as a facilitator for the A-DBT Justice Group.
Charity Eby | Dual Diagnosis Justice Clinical Coordinator, Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences Mackenzie Health
Charity is a Dual Diagnosis Justice Clinical Coordinator (DDJCC) with the Community Networks of Specialized Care – Central East in partnership with Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences at Mackenzie Health. Her contributions to the Clinical Justice Program include creating DDJCC Support Plans that identify the needs and goals of the clients she supports and a plan of action to assist them to meaningfully participate in the criminal justice system. She also assists with specialized projects and initiatives, including Justice App content development and training initiatives.
