April 22 @ 10:00 am 11:00 am

This workshop will also provide a creative space to explore the many ways we can use journaling for better clarity and well being.

A journaling workshop for mental health service-users and caregivers:

Journaling can be an important tool for improving emotional and psychological wellbeing. Journaling allows us the freedom to explore and express our feelings without judgement. This is important for service-users and caregivers, who often face guilt and other complicated feelings throughout our journey. Journaling can be our safe space to communicate whatever we choose in lots of different formats. including: a couple of words, lists, art, poetry, sound files, video and use of apps. This workshop will explore ways of journaling that could be the right fit for you and share a few tools. It will also provide a creative space for service-users and caregivers to connect.

This session is neurodiverse friendly workshop.
