Understanding Substance Use

This interactive, engaging workshop series will cover information about and related to substance use, including viewing substance use on a continuum, substance use effects, how people make change, review of an abstinence approach and a harm reduction approach, recovery treatment options in Ontario, stamping out stigma, and recovery concepts.

Please note that this is a revised and updated version of the workshop formally called Addictions 101: Exploring Substance Use and Gambling.
