2019-09-19 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
The labyrinth is a tool that has applications in a variety of settings. One of the most common uses of a labyrinth is as a form of walking meditation. Walking a labyrinth can often calm people down during a crisis, help us see life as a journey, reduce stress, promote calm & integrate challenging experiences. This webinar will introduce participants to what a labyrinth is, what we know about them, & where they can be found…or made. The benefits for youth mental health & therapeutic applications will be shared. Case-based stories from the field will demonstrate the benefits, & show a number of ways they can be used. Resources for learning about, finding, accessing & utilizing a labyrinth will be provided so you can continue your journey & share with others.
