Specialized Courts have been a fixture of the criminal justice system for almost 20 years. In the same way that personal resilience is important to one’s well being so is institutional resilience to ensure that a program is responsive to changing circumstances and evidence. This presentation will provide an overview of a growing body of research which has identified which key components make a difference in ensuring reduced recidivism and improved wellness.
