The program aims to address major service gaps for persons with these concurrent conditions that disproportionately affect individuals who are vulnerably housed, abused and criminalized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program aims to promote cross-sectoral engagement with numerous stakeholders and to inform decision makers through research and gender-sensitive knowledge translation activities.
